Accessibility Statement

Last updated: July 1, 2026

Our commitment

Briar Rose aims to make this website accessible to as many people as reasonably possible.

The website has been designed with reference to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA. This is an accessibility objective rather than a claim that the website has undergone formal independent certification.

We aim to make it possible for visitors to:

• navigate the website using a keyboard
• understand the structure of each page through clear headings
• read text presented with sufficient size and contrast
• enlarge or zoom content without losing essential information
• understand meaningful images through appropriate text alternatives
• identify and complete form fields using clear labels and instructions
• access the site on different screen sizes and commonly used devices

Current accessibility status

The website is being developed and tested with accessibility in mind.

We are not currently aware of any specific accessibility limitation that prevents access to the main website content. However, the site has not undergone a comprehensive independent accessibility audit, and some third-party content or downloadable documents may not provide the same level of accessibility as the main website.

Images

Meaningful images should include alternative text that communicates their purpose or relevant content.

Images used only for decoration should be marked so that assistive technologies can ignore them.

Downloadable documents

The website may occasionally provide documents in PDF or other downloadable formats.

We will aim to make new documents accessible where reasonably practical. Some documents created by third parties, or documents produced for another purpose, may not be fully accessible.

Please contact us where you need information in an alternative format.

Third-party content

Some pages may link to or embed content provided by external services, such as LinkedIn, YouTube or Vimeo.

Briar Rose does not control the accessibility of third-party websites or platforms, although we will consider accessibility when deciding how external content is presented.

Reporting a problem

Please tell us where you experience difficulty using this website or need information in a different format.

Use the contact form and explain:

• the page or content concerned
• the problem you experienced
• the format or adjustment that would help
• how we may respond to you

We will consider the request and respond as soon as reasonably practicable.

Ongoing improvement

Accessibility is an ongoing process. We will review the site as its content and functionality develop and will address identified problems where reasonably possible.
